Therefore, operation management is the repair and improvement of this function. Rhinoplasty is performed for both functionality and aesthetics. Many people are looking for surgeons in Iran and Turkey for nose surgery. However, I perform rhinoplasty surgery at a professional level in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Whom rhinoplasty is done?

A deviated septum, nasal polyps and etc is a problem that we frequently encounter in our time. But the main reason for this operation is that the appearance of the nose is different. Rhinoplasty can be performed on any patient who is not satisfied with the shape of his nose and is fit for surgery.

A congenital abnormality, length and shape of the tip of the nose, as well as the shape of the hole or asymmetry are the main complaints for rhinoplasty.

Possible changes that your surgeon can make to your nose through rhinoplasty include: a change in size, a change in angle, straightening of the bridge, reshaping of the tip, narrowing of the nostrils.

Nasal Analysis for rhinoplasty

Open rhinoplasty

An open rhinoplasty is performed by creating a small incision on the underside of the nose between the nostrils. Access from this part opens up wider imaging possibilities for the plastic surgeon. Since rhinoplasty requires complete observation of bone, cartilage and nasal muscles, the incision is made in the inner part of the nose.

The incision starts from the tip of the nose and continues to the septum. Later, this cut goes to the opposite side in the shape of a gull wing or letter w. In other words, the visible part of the section consists of 2 mm near the nasal septum. Over time, this scar becomes invisible.

Closed rhinoplasty

With the help of a scalpel, a 3-4 centimeter incision is made inside the nose, not from the outside. Thus, the bones and cartilages of the nose become accessible to the surgeon. The plastic surgeon lifts the skin at the manipulation site and either removes or adds pieces of cartilage. The incisions are sutured after the operation.

Hybrid rhinoplasty

Hybrid rhinoplasty, also known as mixed rhinoplasty, is a combination of open and closed rhinoplasty. The biggest advantage of this method is that the pitangium ligament, which holds the tip of the nose, is not cut. As a result, there is no damage to the sensation, flexibility and mobility of the tip of the nose. At the same time, since the tissues are less damaged, the rehabilitation period is very short.

Revision rhinoplasty

Repeat rhinoplasty is considered more complicated than the first rhinoplasty from a surgical point of view. First of all, the anatomy of the nose changes. Second, the cartilage tissue needed to shape the nose may be lacking. In turn, the third rhinoplasty is considered more complicated. On the basis of such operations, these efficient operations are carried out.

Profiloplasty

During profiloplasty plastic surgery, special attention is paid to the corners of the forehead, nose and lower jaw to give a more aesthetic appearance to the patient's profile. During profiloplasty, attention is paid not only to the aesthetics of the nose, but also to its location in the space between the lips, chin, lips and nose.

Septorhinoplasty

A septorhinoplasty is an operation to improve the appearance of your nose and to improve how you breathe through your nose (septoplasty). It involves operating on the bones and cartilage that give your nose its shape and structure and making your septum straight.

The septum is the cartilage and bone inside your nose that separates your nostrils. If the nasal septum is not bent, there is no need for septoplasty. If there is a curvature, fracture, or cavity in the nose, septoplasty is a must.

What is nasal valve collapse?

The cause of nasal collapse is usually either a failure of the cartilage that supports the nasal wall or too much cutting of the nasal bone. Collapse is known swelling in the nose after sleeping. For collapse reconstruction, it is sometimes necessary to resort to methods such as the use of ribs.

Laser- assisted rhinoplasty

A laser is sometimes used to reduce the size of the nasal auricle. The laser energy directed to the nose through the optical tissue probe of the laser device is applied only to reduce the size of the nasal auricles. This safe manipulation takes about 10 minutes.

Nonsurgical nose job (rhinoplasty)

Non-surgical nose correction or non-surgical nose reduction is one of the most popular topics today. There are several methods without plastic surgery:
•    Filler injections - a solid (full) gel that functions as special implants in the nose area - are subcutaneous injections of fillers. They make it possible to correct the hump, fill depressions, and make the nose straighter.
•    Botulinum toxin injections help relieve certain muscle strains. After the procedure, the nostrils are narrowed, the tip of the nose is raised.
•    Drainage meso cocktail injections. The composition is selected individually. It helps to remove swelling of the nose, narrow it, depending on the problem, to get the desired shape.
•    Threads are a new method that allows you to "stretch", shorten, and lift the tip of the nose.

Piezo rhinoplasty

Ultrasonic piezo rhinoplasty is not a surgical method. Operations performed with the use of an ultrasound device, that is, a piezo device, for cutting bone tissue are called piezo rhinoplasty. The special feature of the ultrasound device for cutting bone tissue is that it does not damage soft tissue.

However, in order to manipulate the bulky device in the nose, it is necessary to lift the skin and tissues, which can cause swelling after the operation. This approach does not guarantee an ideal nose shape and is used as needed.

Nose tip surgery

These operations are performed for the correction of the tip of the nose and touch exactly 1 cm of the tip. Nose tip rhinoplasty is an operation with minimal nasal trauma. During such operations, no bone manipulation is performed. The operation is applied only to patients who want correction of the tip of the nose.

This operation is not a surgical method and takes less time than classic rhinoplasty operations. The approximate operation time is up to 1 hour. Usually, pain and bruises do not bother the patient. The patient can return to his daily life soon. In addition, such an operation can be performed under surgical conditions using local anesthesia.

Should you massage your nose after having rhinoplasty?

Post-rhinoplasty massage can be recommended in the form of unilateral movements of the back of the nose and the sides towards the corners of the eyes. The purpose of such massage is to improve blood circulation due to mechanical pressure. Improved circulation leads to faster healing of wounds.

Rehabilitation

What to do after rhinoplasty? What happens 1 month after rhinoplasty? After rhinoplasty, does the sneeze remain for a long time? It should be noted that the patient must spend the first day after rhinoplasty in the hospital. Nasal discharge and swelling are possible. It spreads not only to the nose, but also to the eyelids.

The plaster should be removed after 1-2 weeks. Recovery after rhinoplasty takes up to 1 month on average. This period varies depending on the scale of the intervention and the patient's health, care characteristics. If only soft tissues were processed during rhinoplasty, rehabilitation takes 1-2 weeks after the operation.

If the bone is touched, rehabilitation takes longer. After rhinoplasty, sports are limited for 6-12 weeks. Boxing after rhinoplasty depends on the complexity of the operation. Usually, trauma-dangerous sports are limited for several months.
