ENDODEEP FACELIFT™
About Endodeep facelift
What is the Endodeep facelift™ procedure?
Endodeep facelift creates more harmonious facial proportions and rejuvenates the face. Yet it is not suitable for everyone. The procedure is most effective in the upper and middle regions of the face. These include forehead lifting, called endoscopic temporoplasty, and midface lifting to restore lost volume in the cheek area.
For women up to age 60, the procedure can be performed across all facial zones. However, this depends directly on the patient herself. For each specific case, an experienced plastic surgeon must make an individual decision. This surgical technique was invented by me for the first time in world plastic surgery and is officially patented.

- Double chin (under the jaw).
Contraindications
- Oncological conditions;
- Blood clotting disorders;

How the Endodeep Facelift Is Performed
How is the Endodeep Facelift™ procedure performed?
Endodeep facelift is performed through small incisions hidden within the hairline. Each incision is under 1 cm. Such facial procedures can be carried out separately, sequentially, or simultaneously. The plastic surgeon decides on any additional anti-ageing procedures and the scope of the operation during the preparation phase.
Often the procedure is combined with SMAS-plasty, blepharoplasty, and submental and cheek liposuction. For patients over 60, the facelift can be performed using the traditional method, or by combining traditional and endoscopic techniques.
Endodeep forehead lift and brow lift
During endoscopic lifting of the forehead and temple regions, specialised video-optical equipment separates the soft tissues from the bone. The tissues are then repositioned and fixed in their new place with mini screws or endotins. The procedure is performed through 2-3 hidden openings in the hairy part of the scalp.
If the intervention is small and no additional procedure is needed, local anaesthesia may be used. However, general anaesthesia is most often required.
Recovery and Aftercare
Recovery (rehabilitation) period
The recovery period lasts roughly 2-3 weeks. For 5-7 days, the patient wears a compression mask. On day 14 after surgery, the mini screws are removed. If an endotin was placed, it does not need removal and absorbs on its own.
For 1 month, physical activity (especially sport) is restricted. Visits to the bath, sauna, and solarium are not allowed during this period. Dry your hair with cool air.
For 9-12 months after surgery, protect the small puncture sites and incisions from the sun. Use a special cream as well.
